Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Artum8 Labs website (artum8labs.com) and outline the commercial standards applied to all software engineering engagements, 3D WebGL developments, and consulting contracts entered into with Artum8 Labs ("the Studio").

1. Engagement & Statements of Work

All custom software engineering services provided by Artum8 Labs are governed by mutual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) specifying technical scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and fee structures.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Artum8 Labs operates on a 100% Client Ownership model:

• Upon receipt of final milestone payments, the client receives exclusive, perpetual, worldwide ownership of all bespoke source code, UI/UX designs, 3D assets, database models, and documentation created for the project.
• Pre-existing proprietary frameworks, open-source dependencies, and developer boilerplates used in creation are granted to the client on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

We treat all client business concepts, data schemas, API specifications, and codebase repositories as strictly confidential under binding Non-Disclosure terms.

4. Warranty & Quality Standard

Artum8 Labs warrants that all software delivered under contract will substantially conform to agreed technical specifications and will be free of material defects during the contracted warranty and hyper-care support window (typically 30–90 days post-launch).
