Website Design for Salons & Spas

A salon website is a booking machine first and a brand second. Clients decide in the first few swipes whether you’re their vibe and whether it’s easy to book. We build salon sites where style shows and the booking button is never more than a thumb away.

Where most salon sites quietly lose business

These are the problems we see on almost every salon website we audit — and exactly what we fix.

Booking friction costs your busiest hours

Clients who can’t instantly see slots and book them will happily take them to a competitor’s one-tap system. Speed to booking is the entire conversion.

No prices on the menu

Hair and spa services are researched budgets. A menu without pricing makes you look expensive by default and sends price-sensitive clients away without a call.

The vibe is unreadable in a template

A generic template reads “corporate” or “startup”, not “curly-girl specialist” or “quiet luxury spa”. Style is a booking signal and most themes can’t carry it.

What we’d build for you

Not a template with your logo swapped in. A custom build, sized to how salon businesses actually win customers.

Book-inside-3-taps

A booking flow that opens the service calendar from the homepage and any service page — no accounts, no signup walls.

Priced service menus

Every service with price and duration visible, so the menu doubles as your price anchor and your sales pitch.

Staff and specialty pages

Personal pages for stylists and techs with pricing tiers and portfolios — the “who am I booking with” trust moment done right.

Google integration

Booking and business details wired to your Google presence so discovery (Google) and conversion (your site) are one smooth loop.

Built on the ARC Launch Sprint

Custom salon websites run $2,000–$7,000 fixed-scope with code in your GitHub and live staging reviewed each milestone.

  • Code lands in your GitHub from day one — you own everything, in writing.
  • You review a live staging link at every milestone — working software, not screenshots.
  • 50/50 payment: deposit to start, balance at launch. No surprise invoices.
  • Milestone refund gate — if the first milestone misses the agreed spec, your deposit is returned.
  • Timeline SLA — 10% off per week late, capped at 25%.
  • 30-day post-launch warranty plus GA4 + Search Console set up and an owner’s manual.

salon website questions, answered

Should online booking replace phone booking?

Neither. You get a phone-first layout AND online booking — some clients will always call, and the ones who won’t are the ones the button captures.

Do you integrate with my current booking software?

If you use a scheduler (Fresha, Vagaro, etc.), we design the site around it. If not, we scope a simple booking model into the build.

Can you make it feel premium without stockiness?

Yes — typography, spacing, brand color and image treatment carry the vibe, and they’re exactly the template parts we customize first.

Do I own the design?

Completely. Code in your GitHub from day one, IP transferred in writing, and you can take it to any developer later.
